Ted R. Davis
President & CEO, Soundtec, Inc., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Davis is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. After spending seven years with the Honeywell Computer Division of General Electric, he founded Ted Davis Manufacturing (TDM) in 1986. The business, started in a garage with 2 employees, grew to include a variety of products and services including Clean Room Furniture and Voice Coil Motor (VCM) assemblies for the computer disk drive industry. In 1988, Mr. Davis started Surface Mount Depot, Inc. and acquired Progressive Stamping. In 1994, he expanded his VCM assembly operation to include a manufacturing facility in Malaysia (TDM - Asia) and an international sales and marketing company, Visionary International Products. In 1996, he sold TDM - USA, TDM - Asia and Visionary International Products to Vacuumschmelze Corp., a major German manufacturer of magnetic materials. Mr. Davis became CEO of VAC, Vacuumschmelze's U.S. operations. Today, Mr. Davis is still involved with Surface Mount Depot and is the founder, President and CEO of Soundtec, Inc., a start-up venture. Ted holds a patent on a VCM assembly design, has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on the topic of magnetic materials and the computer disk drive industry.

Robert J. Linder
President and CEO, Providio Technology Group. Mr. Linder most recently served as manager in Arthur Andersen's Business Process Risk Consulting practice in Silicon Valley-specializing in supply chain management, corporate treasury, and business risk and assessment for high technology, multinational corporations. Mr. Linder's client experience includes Cisco Systems, Amdahl Corporation, Quantum, Cirrus Logic, Sybase, Symantec, NUMMI, California Microwave, Transamerica, Adecco, SOS Staffing Services and Huntsman Packaging. His international experience includes Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Brazil. He holds a B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from Brigham Young University.
