| President and CEO of WebMagnetics, Inc., Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Terry has over 25 years of progressively
responsible experience in sales, sales management, market development, marketing and general
management. He has served the permanent magnet and sealant and adhesive equipment industries at
Colt Industries, the Allen-Bradley Company, Crucible Steel and Accumetric. After demonstrated successes
in domestic sales and marketing, he established international sales organizations serving the European,
Canadian, Chinese, Asian and South and Central American markets, including a magnet distribution center
in Sheffield, England. His permanent magnet expertise includes both cast and sintered materials - AlNiCo,
ceramic ferrite, samarium cobalt, and neodymium-iron-boron. Additionally, he has execuitve management
experience with off-the-shelf and custom designed equipment for dispensing single and plural component
reactive chemicals such epoxies, polyurethanes (flexible and ridge foams), urethane elastomers and
silicones. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Magnetic Material Producer's Association (MMPA)
and on the Editorial Review Board of Adhesive Age Magazine. He has written numerous articles and papers
for various trade publications, conferences, seminars and trade shows. He holds a B.S. with majors in
Chemistry and Biology from Murray State University. |
